Microsoft has announced that they have begun a research project into developing a new type of operating system. Currently, users are generally restricted to accessing their files and data only on their own PC or laptop. Windows has been on Microsoft's development radar for the past 20 years, but has successfully been upgraded and become gradually more sophisticated after every release.
